Customer Service & Policies
SALES TAX | We charge local sales taxes only in our home state of California. International customers may be charged duty by your country of origin at time of package delivery. This is not a factor, unfortunately, that we can control so please check with your international shipping authority for details.
ORDER CHARGES | To get your items to you quickly, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item (see backorders below) and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.
ORDER CHANGES | Check it twice! Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to the order, including cancellation. This includes if you have ordered a pre-order item. Address changes are not able to be made once the order is submitted.
BACKORDERS | Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. Other times we’re lovingly putting on its finishing touches. Either way, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you asap; if it’ll be on backorder longer than three weeks, we can issue a refund (with the exception of items with a longer posted pre-order date). We know when you love something, you shift into Can’t-Wait-to-Get-It mode. We heart your patience and excitement.
SHIPPING DELAY DUE TO COVID-19 | Our hearts are with all that have been affected by the virus and those on the frontline battling. Here at MNJ we are doing our part to keep our team, our customers + our community safe. Please note during these times we anticipate our response time may be a little longer than normal but rest assured we will take care of you. We appreciate your patience as we are all in this together.

SHIPPING | We ship via USPS or UPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the parcel number; this is a delivery confirmation number, NOT a tracking number. The number may not show or be updated within the USPS system even though it has shipped. Rest easy that your order is on its way (and try not to stalk the mail carrier).
Estimated transit times are shown when you checkout, these are transit estimates once the item SHIPS and leaves our CA warehouse. This is NOT expedited service only an estimate of the length of time the package will take to get to you once it ships
Most in-stock items ship within 24 to 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up 3-5 days (business) to process. We cannot refund for expedited shipping charges if orders are shipped within this 48 hour processing time prior to shipping.
If an order is placed online, we will ship the order and cannot have it ready for an in store pick up at this time.
PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages but will work with you to make this right. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS | Delivery for international orders varies by country but takes an average of 5-12 business days once the order ships. Please note we cannot control customs delays and while it is rare, packages may often take 3-5 weeks to deliver to International destinations. If you need a guaranteed service please select UPS as a carrier. We ship direct to EVERY country. If your country is not listed please let us know.
DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a promotion code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.
DELIVERY | We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be issued a refund less original shipping costs. Please take a glance or two and double check that your address is correct.
EXPRESS ORDERS | Express orders must be received before 1PST to be shipped within one business day. Pre-orders or weekly deals will ship express once they are in stock if you choose express shipping. Please choose UPS for expedited shipments. We cannot guarantee delivery dates using a USPS shipping choice.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS + CODES | We will on occasion run flash sales, who doesn't love a sale? Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments for order placed outside of 12 hours. If you did purchase the item with this time frame we are happy to issue you a store credit for the price adjustment. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.
RETURNS | We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Brand new, un-opened, unworn, unwashed NON-sale items with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit ONLY, no refunds. All candles, votives, planters, ornaments, beauty products, and gift sets may be returned as long as they are unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase for store credit ONLY, no refunds. BEFORE YOU RETURN | Due to hygiene reasons all accessories (including hats & headbands), jewelry, home decor, intimates, bodysuits, bralettes, seamless wear + items are final sale only. (We like to think of it as true love.) With this is mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on!
Sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. (This includes ALL Outfits of the Week, Weekly Faves and/or Featured Sale items, Intimates, Bodysuits, Accessories, and Jewelry).
CREATE A RETURN | First, verify your item is not final sale. Second, if it has been over 30 days the item(s) are not returnable. If you're still good then you can initiate your return by e-mailing us.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition in order to be replaced. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors, washing incorrectly and/or cutting garments unfortunately will not be replaced.
STORE CREDIT | Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of being received at our warehouse in Chatsworth, CA. You will be issued store credit for the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus incurred shipping charges and/or restocking fee. Items returned that are final sale will be shipped back to the customer or charged up to a 50% restocking fee. Store credit will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year.
