Pre-Order Policy

Our pre-order items are hand-picked and are only available for purchase during the pre-order week. The dates we list on our product pages are estimated dates items will ship from our warehouse in Chatsworth, CA.

If you decide to pre-order an item on our website, please note the following:

• Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item ships.
• Pre-ordering is voluntary and if at any time you would like to cancel your pre-order for a full refund to your original method of payment, please do so prior to the pre-order event end date by emailing Sales@mianaomi.com.
• If you are ordering a pre-order item as well as an in-stock item, you will only be charged shipping once. We will not charge you again once your pre-order has shipped.
• We offer free returns on pre-order items only. You have 30 days from the day that you received the order - not the date on the original invoice. To start a return, please email customer service at info@mianaomi.com.
• If at any time you need further details, please contact us at info@mianaomi.com we will be happy to assist!
